Fear Town Productions LLC (“Fear Town Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates Factory of Terror, Fear Town, and The Great Halloween Festival. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our websites, buy tickets, sign waivers, receive event communications, opt in to marketing, or use our guest photo delivery service. It applies to factoryofterror.com, fear-town.com, thegreathalloween.com, and the services we provide in connection with those events. A third-party service may also have its own privacy policy when you use its site or checkout.
Peek Pro supports our ticketing and waivers. Information you enter into its checkout or waiver flow is processed through that service. Payment information submitted during checkout is handled by the checkout provider in connection with your transaction.
We use personal information to process and manage tickets and waivers; provide event details, confirmations, schedule changes, and customer support; deliver guest photos through FotoFlo; operate and improve our websites and events; understand advertising performance; protect our services and guests; and comply with applicable obligations.
If you choose to opt in to marketing, we use Klaviyo to send email and text promotions for Fear Town Productions businesses, including Factory of Terror, Fear Town, and The Great Halloween Festival. Marketing opt-in is optional and is not required to purchase a ticket or sign a waiver. We use your stated preferences and consent records to determine which marketing messages to send.
You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can stop marketing texts by following the opt-out instructions in a text, including replying STOP where supported. Mobile marketing information: We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may provide this information to companies that help deliver our messages and honor communication preferences. The cross-brand marketing described above is carried out by Fear Town Productions for its own businesses.
The Great Halloween Festival is a family event. Parents or guardians sign waivers on behalf of minors and provide their own contact information for that process. Our online services are not intended for children under 13 to submit personal information directly. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can review the request.
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including event administration, customer service, honoring communication choices, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations.
