A Christmas story with teeth.

When a family stops believing, something far older than the holiday comes to collect. Michael Dougherty’s Krampus trades tinsel for practical creature work, real dread and a mean sense of humour — and inside the Factory, the snow stops feeling like a set piece.

Questions

Before you go

Is this a haunted house walk-through or a movie screening?

Both, in a sense. Krampus plays start to finish, but you watch it inside Factory of Terror and move through themed environments as the film progresses. It is a screening staged inside a haunted house, not a standard haunt tour.

How long is the experience?

The film runs 98 minutes. Plan for extra time on either side for check-in, concessions and the gift shop.

Is it suitable for kids?

We do not recommend it for younger audiences. Krampus is a horror comedy with creature violence and genuinely frightening sequences, and the environment around you is dark and intense.

When are the showings?

Twelve nights, Nov 27 through Dec 20 — Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Fridays are evening showings; Saturdays and Sundays add matinees from 2 PM. Every showing runs about 90 minutes, and live times for each date are on the ticket page.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Plan on booking ahead. With only 25 guests per showing, walk-up availability is not guaranteed and popular times sell out early.

Are costumes or festive outfits allowed?

Festive horror is encouraged. Standard venue rules apply — nothing that blocks another guest’s view, and no weapons, real or prop.

Is there seating throughout?

You will be walking and standing at points during the experience, since the room around you changes as the film plays.
